All donations are voluntary contributions made for charitable purposes and are generally non-refundable.

2. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered in cases of:

• Duplicate payment
• Incorrect amount charged
• Technical errors during transaction

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of the transaction:

• Include: Name, Transaction ID, Date, Amount

4. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation Policy

Once a donation is completed, it cannot be cancelled.
